This vacancy is to cover varied shifts within all of our Inverness shops. Use of own car is essential as you will be required for shifts in outlying shops ( travel time & mileage will be paid for these shifts ) Hours of work will be between 6am-4pm Monday – Saturday, Minimum of 30 hours per week but must be able to work up to full-time hours as & when required ( 5 days from 6 )
Starting rate of pay £13.32 per hour moving to £13.85 after training
The selected applicants will be;
- Responsible for assisting the Management in co-ordinating & controlling shops to ensure a high standard of operation and on occasion managing the shops when required
- Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide top quality customer care
- Carrying out administrative duties as required
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices
- Required to assist in the training & development of the team
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
