28 HOUR MINIMUM POST
Hours of work are between 7.30am-3.00pm Mon-Sat.
You must be prepared to work up to full-time hours as & when required to cover business requirements, sickness & holiday cover. Occasional shifts will be required within our other surrounding shops where mileage/travel time will be given.
Rate of pay £13.32 per hour.
Harry Gow is proud to be a National Living Wage employer, with positions for those aged 16+ starting from £12 per hour.
The selected applicants will be:
- Responsible for assisting the management in co-ordinating & controlling shops to ensure a high standard of operation and on occasion managing the shops when required.
- Able to demonstrate high standards of conduct & leadership at all times, monitoring & motivating your team to provide top quality customer care.
- Carrying out administrative duties as required.
- Responsible for ensuring high standards of hygiene, adhering to health & safety/company practices.
- Required to assist in the training & development of the team.
Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
